Payments
International payment: TransferWise, PayPal
Prices may increase depending on details!
COMMERCIAL USE for Monetized content: +100% of the final agreed price (total = 2x dealt price) and for Merchandising license: +200% of the final agreed price (total = 3x dealt price)
Reproducing and Selling the artwork will count as commercial use.
Full payment is made after the sketch is approved.
IMPORTANT: For the final price, I require 10% (or according to the platform's tax rate) in addition due to VAT taxes if you order through a commission platform. (For example, $40 with 10% VAT will be $44). I also require you to cover the fees of any payment platform you use to pay me. I hope you understand. (For example, if the final commission price is $50 and the platform charges a $5 fee, you will pay me $55).
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION: The client or I can cancel the commission only if payment hasn't been made yet. Partial or full refunds won't be possible once payment is sent, so please make sure to consider carefully before placing an order or making a payment.
Copyrights
I will NOT allow my art (personal and commercial use) to be used for AI and NFT purposes!
You can't claim full credit. I retain artist credit rights to publish the artwork in my personal portfolio and social media.
NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or privacy fee: +$100. The terms for publication or keeping the commission private can be discussed, especially for commercial purposes. Under this agreement, I will not upload the commissioned work to my portfolio, social media, or any other public platform.

Workflow
Discuss > sketch approval > payment > progress updates (lineart, coloring / finishing) > Done.
For surprise me type: Briefing > payment > progress to finish > Done.
Turnaround time for one commission is between 3 to 30 days.
Major revisions (poses, characters, etc.) max 1x while still sketching. Minor revisions (colors, other small details) max 2x after finishing.
For Surprise Me type commissions, no revisions will be provided unless I missed a detail from your character's design.
Since I’m a college student, I usually work around 2 to 3 days a week, so please be patient with my queue and workflow.
Turnaround time depends on the complexity and constraints. Work depends on queues. (Weekends are not included in turnaround time). I usually take breaks on public holidays, international holidays, and religious days, commission progress might pause during those times. Estimated duration not including revision time.
Commission updates and any issues will always be shared regularly.
English is not my first language, and time zone differences may hinder communication a bit.

How to order?
Message me first via Discord or Facebook. Send me the detailed Character and pose you want. Visual references will help!
I'll review your references, create a sketch, and determine the pricing. An invoice will be sent to you after sketch and the commission work will continue after I receive the full payment.
The next stage will continue after payment until completion.
Finished artwork will be sent via email.
